§1 Information on the collection of personal data

In the following we will inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.

The person responsible in accordance with Art. 4 para. 7 of the EU Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) is Andreas Kraus (see legal notice).

When contacting us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context after storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations.

If we need to use third party service providers for individual parts of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. In this context, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

If we process data in a third country (i.e. outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA)) or if this is done in the context of using the services of third parties or disclosure or transfer of data to third parties, this will only take place if it is done to fulfil our (pre-)contractual obligations, on the basis of your consent, on the basis of a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests. Subject to legal or contractual permissions, we will only process or transfer the data in a third country if the special requirements of Art. 44 ff. DS-GVO, i.e. the processing is carried out, for example, on the basis of special guarantees, such as the officially recognised determination of a level of data protection equivalent to that in the EU (e.g. for the USA through the “Privacy Shield”) or compliance with officially recognised special contractual obligations (so-called “standard contractual clauses”).

 

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not provide any information, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO):

We collect protocol data that are generated during the operation of communication technology of our consulting company and evaluate them automatically, as far as this is necessary for the recognition, limitation or elimination of disturbances or errors in communication technology or the defence of attacks on our information technology or the recognition and defence of malware.

In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk, assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the site that sets the cookie (here by us). Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective.

§ 4 Third party services

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (following Google). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

Use of Google MapsThis website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of the map functions by visitors. We have no influence on what data an activated plugin collects and how this data is used by the service provider. At present, it must be assumed that a direct connection to the provider’s services will be established and at least the IP address and device-related information will be collected and used. It is also possible that the service provider will attempt to store cookies on the computer used. Please refer to the data protection information of the respective service provider to find out which specific data is collected and how it is used. Note: If you are logged into Facebook at the same time, Facebook can identify you as a visitor to a particular page.
